Want to join the Greenville Gun Club?
The Greenville Gun Club is a members-only facility. At this time, GGC is not accepting new applications for membership. The application period will re-open in late Feb 2019.
GGC has also discontinued taking names for a waiting list. Once the new application period has re-opened, anyone interested may apply.
Check here in 2019 for the link to join the Greenville Gun Club.
When GGC is accepting new member applications, a link will be presented above for the interested party to click on. The applicant fills in an online application, digitally signs a Waiver form, and pays a $100 non-refundable application fee.
Shortly after processing, the applicant will receive an email to review the Range Safety Rules and a link to take the Range Safety Test. Upon successful passage of the test, GGC will email the applicant dates for the Safety Orientation Class. It is preferred that the applicant bring their original background check documentation (described below) to this class.
Once the class has been taken and background check verified, the Safety Director and Secretary will present your application packet to the Board of Directors. If approved, the applicant will receive an email to pay the remaining fees (initiation fee and annual dues).
Upon receipt of payment, the Secretary will prepare and mail credentials to the applicant. Upon receipt of credentials, you are an active GGC Member in full standing and can enjoy all of the benefits of being a member. Credentials are typically sent 1-2 weeks after approval and receipt of funds.
The Greenville Gun Club charges three fees for all new members.
- Non-refundable application fee ($100)
- One-time initiation fee ($250)
- Annual Dues ($150)
Application and Initiation Fees are one-time. After the first year, the Annual Dues is the only fee that recurs; amount is subject to change.
We accept SC CWP or FBI background check documentation. If you are a Class I law enforcement officer, we will accept your official credentials as your background check. Under NO circumstances should you mail a copy of your background information to the club; if a copy is sent, your application will be declined. All background check documentation must be done IN PERSON.
